📋 Description

• Manage BIM models across disciplines.
• Lead BIM coordination and clash detection.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certificate; Bachelor's preferred.
• 4-5 years AEC BIM experience.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks.
• Experience with Bluebeam, MS Office, G Suite.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Dynamo scripting familiarity.
