🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management.
- 3+ years BIM specialist/modeler experience in construction or engineering.
- 5+ years BIM coordination on high-rise projects (preferred).
- Experience modeling architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Proficiency in Revit (advanced), Navisworks, AutoCad; Dynamo; BIM 360/ACC.
- Familiarity with reality capture, VR/AR visualizations, and cloud collaboration.
