Develop and maintain 3D BIM models across disciplines (Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD)
Perform clash detection, model coordination, constructability reviews
Lead BIM coordination for multi-disciplinary projects across lifecycle
Collaborate to establish BIM standards, protocols, workflows
Act as primary BIM resource for team members, internal customers and consultants
Maintain a living model with design teams to deliver as-built facilities

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
3+ years as BIM specialist or modeler in construction/engineering
5+ years BIM coordination experience on high-rise projects
Experience modeling architecture, structural, MEP disciplines
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Dynamo familiarity
Knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, federated models; BIM 360/ACC
