Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD for multiple disciplines
Perform clash detection, model coordination, and constructability reviews
Lead BIM coordination for multi-disciplinary projects with in-house and external design consultants
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and workflows with stakeholders
Maintain a living BIM model through design and construction to as-built
Lead transition of BIM workflows from third-party to in-house with data migration and training

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management
3+ years hands-on BIM experience
5+ years BIM coordination on high-rise projects
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; Dynamo; BIM 360/ACC
Experience with reality capture (laser scanning) and cloud-based collaboration
Knowledge of federated modeling, clash detection, and data migration
