You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, define go-to-market plans, and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to accelerate revenue and deliver outcomes for customers in the heavy equipment sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team; set targets, coach, and develop talent.
- Define and execute a multi-channel sales strategy to win strategic, enterprise-level deals in the heavy equipment market.
- Forecast revenue accurately; manage the sales funnel and pipeline; report to executive leadership.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer outcomes and retention.
- Negotiate terms and close complex contracts; manage renewal strategies.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in heavy equipment or related industrial sectors; proven leadership of multi-million-dollar ARR.
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding quota and growing teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
