Billing Team Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the billing team and oversee project completion.
• Oversee daily billing operations: invoicing, reconciliations, and queries.
• Train and mentor staff to drive performance and service.
• Collaborate with sales, CS, and accounting on billing solutions.
• Develop controls for accuracy and timely AR collections.
• Monitor billing metrics and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in billing or related financial role.
• 2+ years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong understanding of billing, AR, and cash application.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• English fluency (written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business preferred.
