  • Manage customer inquiries across billing channels (email, tickets, chat)
  • Own customer-reported billing issues from initial contact through resolution
  • Handle invoices, payments, refunds, credits, renewals, cancellations
  • Deliver clear, empathetic communication while meeting SLAs
  • Work across Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence and other tools
  • Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in billing support or a SaaS/tech company
  • Experience handling inquiries via email or ticketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, billing cycles, renewals and invoicing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts across APAC, EMEA, and US hours
