- Own customer-reported billing issues from initial contact through resolution
- Handle invoices, payments, refunds, credits, renewals, cancellations
- Deliver clear, empathetic communication while meeting SLAs
- Work across Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence and other tools
- Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
π― Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in billing support or a SaaS/tech company
- Experience handling inquiries via email or ticketing platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing, billing cycles, renewals and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce
- Willingness to work rotational shifts across APAC, EMEA, and US hours
