🎯 Requirements
- 1 year experience with insurance across commercial and government payers.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology; ICD-10/CPT codes (mental health preferred).
- Experience with Claim MD or Availity; verify benefits, read EOBs.
- Experience with various payer portals.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn; comfortable with ambiguity/async communication.
- Independent, remote-friendly; adaptable to changing priorities.
