🎯 Requirements
- One year of insurance experience across commercial and government payers.
- Knowledge of medical terminology; ICD-10/CPT codes (mental health preferred).
- Experience with Claim MD or Availty; verify benefits and read EOBs.
- Experience with various payer portals.
- Self-motivated; comfortable with ambiguity and async communication.
- Strong problem-solving mindset; curious about health tech.
