📋 Description

• Manage a team of Billing Specialists.
• Generate and submit claims to payers.
• Post payments and maintain patient accounts.
• AR management: monitor denials and collections.
• Resolve billing discrepancies; optimize reimbursement.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• In-depth billing, denials, posting, and payer portals.
• Home Health Agency processes and compliance knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Outlook/PPT/Word).
• Strong customer engagement and relationship management.
• Data-driven problem solving and communication.
