- 5+ years of billing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Experience leading and training healthcare billing teams.
- Proficient in healthcare revenue cycle and charge entry; BH preferred.
- Strong understanding of payer guidelines and insurance workflows.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and coaching ability.
