🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's preferred.
  • 5+ years of billing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience leading and training healthcare billing teams.
  • Proficient in healthcare revenue cycle and charge entry; BH preferred.
  • Strong understanding of payer guidelines and insurance workflows.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and coaching ability.
