📋 Description

• Billing cycle management: generate and submit claims.
• Payment posting to patient accounts in billing system.
• Accounts receivable management and follow-up.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and denials with payers.
• Collaborate with payers on disputes and inquiries.
• Understand Home Health Agency processes and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's in healthcare admin, finance, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of RCM experience in homecare preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams.
• Strategic and creative mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
