Ensure accurate payroll processing and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and providers (Rippling, ADP) to maintain payroll records and reporting.
Prepare payroll journal entries and benefits accruals.
Reconcile payroll balances and support year-end activities (W-2).

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years payroll accounting or payroll administration experience.
Excel proficiency for payroll tracking and reporting.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Rippling.
Familiarity with payroll data entry, validation, and reconciliation.
