Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Process, review and issue high-volume invoices and credit adjustments accurately.
• Data entry, validation, and reconciliation to maintain billing records.
• Execute month-end close activities, including reconciliations across systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for accurate subscription billing and revenue recognition.
• Manage billing inquiries and escalations via email, phone, Salesforce, and Jira.
• Use NetSuite and Zuora to support billing operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or related financial operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to reconcile and validate data.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain billing scenarios and resolve disputes.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, CoPilot, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with NetSuite, Zuora, or other subscription-based billing platforms.
• Solid understanding of basic billing and accounting principles.
