- Serve as primary contact for customer billing inquiries (invoices, credits, usage).
- Maintain customer billing data in finance systems (tax, POs, contacts).
- Investigate and resolve billing cases within defined SLAs; escalate as needed.
- Explain billing concepts, charges, and outcomes clearly and empathetically.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and Client Services to resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate terms, pricing, usage, and billing logic.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 2+ years of billing support, OTC, accounting, AR, or related roles.
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots).
- Experience handling complex inquiries and explaining details clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Aria, NetSuite, SalesForce, or ZenDesk.
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
