  • Serve as primary contact for customer billing inquiries (invoices, credits, usage).
  • Maintain customer billing data in finance systems (tax, POs, contacts).
  • Investigate and resolve billing cases within defined SLAs; escalate as needed.
  • Explain billing concepts, charges, and outcomes clearly and empathetically.
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, and Client Services to resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to validate terms, pricing, usage, and billing logic.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years of billing support, OTC, accounting, AR, or related roles.
  • Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots).
  • Experience handling complex inquiries and explaining details clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Aria, NetSuite, SalesForce, or ZenDesk.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
