Assist invoicing, subscriptions, and payment management topics
Maintain accurate customer account balances
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection
Deliver world-class billing support and build relationships
Develop knowledge of Aircall’s billing processes

🎯 Requirements

Native-level French; fluent English; German a plus
First experience in a B2B SaaS customer support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with ticketing tools and support systems
Strong technical aptitude to explain billing concepts
Analytical mindset to resolve complex inquiries
