Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end order-to-cash workflows, from quotes to invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Client Care, and Implementation for accuracy.
• Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
• Meet SLAs for accuracy and responsiveness while working independently.
• Contribute to SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Participate in training and testing of new tools and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in client-facing billing, order management, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash workflows and customer lifecycle.
• Excellent attention to detail; can manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; interpret financial data.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
