  • Own end-to-end customer billing for SMB and enterprise with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Hands-on billing: invoicing, adjustments, credits, and reconciliations.
  • Manage subscription lifecycle events: activations, renewals, upgrades/downgrades, cancellations.
  • Ensure revenue recognition inputs with Finance controls.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and escalations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–8 years in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.
  • Proven experience leading a billing team.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Chargebee (or similar billing platforms).
  • Experience with enterprise customers and complex billing.
  • CA/CPA or equivalent accounting degree.
  • Process improvement and automation experience.
