- Ensure revenue recognition inputs with Finance controls.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and escalations.
🎯 Requirements
- 7–8 years in Billing, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations.
- Proven experience leading a billing team.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Chargebee (or similar billing platforms).
- Experience with enterprise customers and complex billing.
- CA/CPA or equivalent accounting degree.
- Process improvement and automation experience.
