- Experience in B2B SaaS with a financial or payments component.
- Strong product intuition; diagnose root causes quickly.
- Excellent communication; explain complex financial and product concepts clearly.
- Calm, methodical under pressure; billing crises are time-sensitive.
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
