  • Serve as billing and payments expert for the Customer Success team.
  • Lead complex billing engagements end to end.
  • Partner with CSMs as the subject matter expert on billing and payments.
  • Refine how billing engagements are handled and mature related processes.
  • Build a living knowledge base of billing scenarios to raise team standards.
  • Provide internal enablement for the CSM team via regular knowledge sessions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist, solutions consultant, or technical support role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with a financial or payments component.
  • Strong product intuition; diagnose root causes quickly.
  • Excellent communication; explain complex financial and product concepts clearly.
  • Calm, methodical under pressure; billing crises are time-sensitive.
  • Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
