π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist/solutions role (B2B SaaS)
- Deep familiarity with how accounting firms bill and collect from clients
- Strong product intuition to diagnose root causes and explain solutions
- Excellent communication to explain concepts to non-technical customers
- Calm, methodical under pressure in billing crises
- Strong documentation instincts; turn resolved cases into reusable resources
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks or similar platforms
- Comfortable operating with significant autonomy
