  • Serve as billing & payments specialist for the Customer Success org with deep product know-how
  • Lead complex billing and payments engagements end to end, from assessment to resolution
  • Partner with CSMs as subject matter expert on billing and payments
  • Continuously refine how billing engagements are handled to sharpen every interaction
  • Build a living knowledge base of complex billing and payments scenarios
  • Be internal expert for CSM on billing, running regular knowledge sessions

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist or similar role in B2B SaaS with payments
  • Deep familiarity with how accounting firms bill and collect from clients
  • Strong product intuition to diagnose billing issues and identify root causes
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical customers
  • Calm, methodical under pressure; able to bring structure to billing crises
  • Strong documentation instincts to turn resolved cases into reusable resources
