π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist role in B2B SaaS with payments
- Deep familiarity with how accounting firms bill and collect from clients
- Strong product intuition to diagnose root causes and plan resolution
- Excellent communication; explain complex financial/product concepts clearly
- Calm, methodical under pressure during billing crises
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is a plus
