  • Serve as the billing and payments specialist for our Customer Success org.
  • Lead complex billing engagements end to end, owning strategy and outcomes.
  • Partner with CSMs as the subject matter expert on billing and payments.
  • Refine how engagements are handled, sharpening every interaction.
  • Build a living knowledge base of billing scenarios for the team.
  • Document common billing conditions and share updates with the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist or SaaS support role with payments experience
  • Deep familiarity with how accounting firms bill and collect from clients
  • Strong product intuition to diagnose billing issues quickly
  • Excellent communication to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Calm, methodical under pressure in time-sensitive billing crises
  • Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
