π― Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing specialist or SaaS support role with payments experience
- Deep familiarity with how accounting firms bill and collect from clients
- Strong product intuition to diagnose billing issues quickly
- Excellent communication to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Calm, methodical under pressure in time-sensitive billing crises
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
