- Monitor billing queues; ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Review billing discrepancies; resolve with Sales and Member Experience.
- Coordinate integrations with Salesforce, payment processors, and accounting systems.
- Document processes related to system workflows and configuration.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in billing operations, revenue operations, or subscription management.
- 1β3 years of people management experience.
- Hands-on with a cloud-based billing system; Chargebee preferred.
- Experience in a SaaS, membership, or recurring revenue model.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and accounting system integrations (Netsuite preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
