  • Oversee daily billing activities; invoices generated on time.
  • Manage subscription lifecycle activities (activations, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, refunds, credits).
  • Monitor billing queues; ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Review billing discrepancies; resolve with Sales and Member Experience.
  • Coordinate integrations with Salesforce, payment processors, and accounting systems.
  • Document processes related to system workflows and configuration.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in billing operations, revenue operations, or subscription management.
  • 1–3 years of people management experience.
  • Hands-on with a cloud-based billing system; Chargebee preferred.
  • Experience in a SaaS, membership, or recurring revenue model.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and accounting system integrations (Netsuite preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.
