Billing Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Support billing operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities with data validation.
• Calculate and adjust invoices per established procedures.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve billing systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support.
• Track metrics to enable data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in billing operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience with billing systems; proficiency in GSuite and Salesforce.
• Basic SQL or data analysis experience.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
