- Own end-to-end billing ops for product lines: invoices, credits, tax, & adjustments.
- Lead cross-functional 2026 initiatives (CARBS, Billing Platform, CPQ) rollout.
- Design scalable billing controls across CRM → CPQ → Billing → ERP.
- Serve as SME for Salesforce CPQ, billing, and ERP integrations.
- Monitor KPIs (timeliness, accuracy, disputes, DSO) and drive improvements.
- Escalation point for complex deal terms; advise Deal Desk pre/post-close.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Billing Operations, Order-to-Cash, or AR in tech/ecommerce SaaS.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional billing projects as individual contributor.
- Salesforce CPQ and one billing platform (Zuora/Chargebee/Stripe) plus an ERP.
- Excel (pivot/lookup) and basic SQL for reconciliations.
- SOX knowledge and ASC 606 in invoicing, credits, and adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/IS or equivalent.
