- Own end-to-end billing ops for product lines and key accounts.
- Lead cross-functional billing workstreams for 2026 initiatives (CARBS, CPQ) to rollout.
- Design scalable billing controls across CRM, CPQ, Billing, ERP.
- SME for Salesforce CPQ, billing, and ERP integrations; triage defects.
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into process improvements.
- Escalation point for complex deal structures; advise BD/Deal Desk pre- and post-close.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Billing Operations, O2C, or AR in tech/ecommerce.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional billing or Q2C projects as an IC.
- Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ and at least one billing platform (Zuora, Stripe Billing) plus one ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and basic SQL for reconciliations.
- Knowledge of billing controls, SOX, and ASC 606 in invoicing and adjustments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field, or equivalent.
