- Support subscription validation, invoice generation, and daily billing execution.
- Sync quote and billing data between Salesforce and Zuora Billing.
- Monitor billing queues (Zendesk, Salesforce) and respond to questions promptly.
- Perform billing reconciliations and ensure data quality across tasks.
- Investigate deal configurations, resolve billing issues, escalate as needed.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Revenue, AR, and cross-functional teams to support billing.
- Participate in user acceptance testing, process improvements, and change management for billing systems.
π― Requirements
- Experience in a high-volume billing environment; subscription billing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail; ensure accuracy in transactions and reconciliations.
- Comfortable using Zuora Billing, Salesforce CRM, and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Sound judgment when reviewing transactions and applying guidelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders on billing.
- Collaborative across the quote-to-cash process with cross-functional partners.
- Experience supporting documentation, training, testing, or process improvement.
- Familiarity with Slack preferred.
