Billing Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Research, analyze, and resolve complex billing questions using internal tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support billing practices.
• Help customers understand invoices and billing details by usage and plan.
• Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies with Customer Success and Sales.
• Manage triage of inquiries across Zendesk, Jira, and Billing Slack channel.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional work experience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with process improvement mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced env.
• NetSuite and/or Salesforce experience.
• SQL knowledge.
