📋 Description

• Leverage AI to write training docs for Billing and Collections.
• Interview Billing team to upgrade training docs.
• Collaborate with system admin to build process/workflow docs.
• Systems include Dayforce, Coupa, Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive, Zone.
• Identify inefficiencies in P2P, O2C/Zone Billing, R2R.
• Map risks, controls, and impacts; deliver risk matrix.

🎯 Requirements

• Undergrad student; rising junior/senior.
• Preferred: Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, MIS.
• Understand AI tools to update training docs.
• Basic workflows and software skills for financial systems.
• Process mapping experience (Visio preferred).
• Basic ERP understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and clear documentation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
