Billing & Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and billing issues.
• Ensure billing accuracy; timely collections; collaborate with teams.
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices, including recurring billing and amendments.
• Monitor aging balances and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate pricing, taxes, and terms; ensure system updates.
• Support AR month-end close and bad debt analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Five years AR experience focusing on invoicing and collections.
• SaaS or subscription billing experience is a plus.
• Tax concepts related to invoicing; identify discrepancies; resolve with teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage collections with minimal supervision.
• MS Excel proficiency; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Certinia).
