Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Process invoices and resolve billing or renewal issues with other departments.
• Ensure prompt and accurate billing and provisioning of customer accounts.
• Review customer contracts and orders for completeness and accuracy per revenue policies.
• Build, maintain, and produce reports to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of billing experience.
• Salesforce billing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Build, maintain, and produce reports as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline preferred.
