Review contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rules
Manage billing engine and ensure accurate invoicing
Collaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner
Reconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basis
Assist legal and sales teams to assess customer credit and risk analysis
Develop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadership

🎯 Requirements

Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field
3+ years accounting experience, minimum 1 year AR/billing experience
Excel in analytical and problem solving skills
You are able to prioritize competing demands
Ability to work with various computer systems and large data sets
