- Familiarity with subscription billing, invoicing, refunds.
- Experience with CRM and billing tools: Salesforce, Stripe, Intercom, or similar.
- Ability to interpret basic contract terms and apply billing logic.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and reporting.
- Full English fluency.
