🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment in a high-volume setting.
  • Fully bilingual French-English (verbal and written).
  • Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta.
  • Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building across levels.
  • Recruiting across data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital.
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
