📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada for tech and consulting roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and design strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates via multiple channels.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences from attraction to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Support initiatives like graduate training and internship/co-op hiring.
• Collaborate with People and Culture to optimize processes and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment in a high-volume setting.
• Fully bilingual French-English (verbal and written).
• Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta.
• Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels.
• Recruiting across data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
