- 4+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment in a high-volume setting.
- Fully bilingual French-English (verbal and written).
- Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta.
- Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building across levels.
- Recruiting across data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment.
- Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
