📋 Description

• Travel to a client near you for 1:1 home care.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Provide skilled nursing care with autonomy in home and school.
• Provide care in Spanish/English as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current LPN license in good standing.
• One year nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication in Spanish and English.
• Onboarding and training completion required.
