📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member data
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending/servicing goals
• Educate members about Oportun's inclusive, affordable financial services
• Engage in outreach at stores, partner locations, and events to start applications
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes; support store operations

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people
• Must love helping members through outreach and education
• Must be available to work weekends and have rotating schedules
• Must have regular, reliable attendance; outdoor work year-round
• Must be willing to travel between designated locations within commute distance
