  • Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, including applications and onboarding.
  • Help create a smooth, welcoming, and positive candidate experience.
  • Support hiring events and on-site recruitment activities.

  • Update and maintain recruiting systems and candidate records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the People Team.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required
  • Some experience in customer service, administrative work, or support roles
  • Friendly, clear communication and willingness to help others
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
