Bilingual School-Based Therapist (High School)

📋 Description

• Provide therapy to students with emotional/behavioral challenges to support growth.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to create safe, trauma-informed environments.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy per ESS’s trauma-informed model.
• Maintain a stable school-based schedule with no evenings or weekends.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; CA licensure path (ASW/AMFT/APCC or LCSW/LMFT/LPCC).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
• Must be able to engage and collaborate with diverse families.
