  • Analyze problem reports and identify root cause.
  • Escalate to client SMEs and coordinate with PSAs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and document findings.
  • Provide world-class support to Administrators across Enterprise, Higher Ed, and K-12.
  • Contribute to defect and feature reports to improve product.
  • Participate in shift rotations including evenings and weekends (ET).

  • Fluency in English and one of Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client communication on technical issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Web services (SOAP/REST), XML, HTML, and basic .NET/Java.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
