🎯 Requirements
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- Experience in a B2B client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service).
- Experience with CRM and data tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Data-driven with KPIs and targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-growing org.
- Team player who learns quickly and collaborates across teams.
