Bilingual Outbound Enrollment Specialist

📋 Description

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to Spanish and English speaking members.
• Explain Transcarent's 2nd.MD and enroll eligible members.
• Drive enrollment by clarifying benefits and guiding next steps.
• Clarify member needs, address concerns, overcome objections.
• Guide end-to-end enrollment and collect required information.
• Document conversations and language preference in systems.
• Maintain an organized outreach pipeline and coordinate with care team.
• Meet or exceed engagement and enrollment targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST availability
• 2+ years inside sales, enrollment, or high-volume outreach
• Proven success in high-volume outbound calling
• Experience with cold calling and proactive outreach
• Comfort working toward individual performance targets
• Strong persuasive and consultative communication skills
• Organized in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
