📋 Description

  • Handle inbound calls from retailers for lease/loan processing.
  • Own Koalafi knowledge to answer merchant questions.
  • Provide excellent service to ensure merchant confidence in Koalafi.
  • Foster ongoing merchant relationships; make outbound calls when appropriate.
  • Perform back-office tasks such as funding and reporting.
  • Be flexible to perform various tasks as we onboard enterprise merchants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Identify trends in customer issues and escalate to the right teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
  • Available to work nights and weekends.
  • Fluent Spanish for speaking and writing.
