🎯 Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills
English & Spanish fluency
Experience leading a team
Experience resolving problems including disciplinary practices and performance management
Bachelor's Degree; 2+ years manufacturing with supervisory experience; 1+ year RIP software
Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office/Google Suite

🎁 Benefits

$60,000 - $70,000 base salary per year
Annual bonus varies by role
