- 6+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related experience.
- Able to operate independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals in growth, retention, or engagement.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
