🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent/Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
  • 6+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related experience.
  • Able to operate independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in growth, retention, or engagement.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
