🎯 Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
  • 6+ months P&C customer service experience
  • High-volume call center or customer support experience
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency
  • Hands-on homeowners insurance policy servicing
  • Ability to explain policy coverage, billing, and underwriting requirements
