π― Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- 6+ months P&C customer service experience
- High-volume call center or customer support experience
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency
- Hands-on homeowners insurance policy servicing
- Ability to explain policy coverage, billing, and underwriting requirements
