- Own onboarding and offboarding for hourly and salaried employees
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing, postings, interviews, and hiring
- Coordinate plant tours, interviews, and first-day onboarding
- Communicate policies, handbook updates, benefits programs, and HR initiatives
- Support and execute HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage temp-to-perm conversions and staffing relationships
π― Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance (OSHA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
- Experience handling employee relations and investigations
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
