  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of SMB accounts from onboarding to renewal.
  • Validate customer goals and build actionable success plans.
  • Monitor health indicators to mitigate churn and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support and global teams for a consistent experience.
  • Conduct value-led engagements to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on customer metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • Business degree and/or relevant CS/AM experience.
  • IoT/telematics knowledge; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Comfort with renewals, contract and price negotiations, upsell with Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and usage patterns.
  • Experience with CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) is an advantage.
