π― Requirements
- Business degree and/or relevant CS/AM experience.
- IoT/telematics knowledge; B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Comfort with renewals, contract and price negotiations, upsell with Sales.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and usage patterns.
- Experience with CRM/CS tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) is an advantage.
