• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member info.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach to educate and inform about Oportun's services.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Support outreach events, flyers, and on-site visits to drive applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and flexible with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
