• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach (50%+).
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting and presentable.
• Use iPads and assist with scanning QR codes to start applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy talking with people.
• Loves helping members, including outreach to prospective members.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round for outreach.
